The plane was laden with 38 tons of all types of humanitarian assistance, according to the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation, which said the aid is the third batch of assistance from Russia to the Syrians in Jordan.
The aid includes cooking materials, electricity generators and foodstuff.
The aid will be distributed soon to the Syrian refugees to help reduce the pressure Jordan is facing due to hosting a large number of Syrian refugees.
More than 540,000 Syrians fled to Jordan since the start of the unrest in their country in early 2011 to date.
