Volcano eruptions coat cities with ash in Mexico


The Popocatepetl volcano east of Mexico City spewed ash during an eight-hour period of eruptions.



MEXICO CITY — The Popocatepetl volcano has spewed ash over several cities in the central Mexico state of Puebla, including the state capital.

Mexico's National Disaster Prevention Center says there was an eight-hour period of eruptions at the volcano, located east of Mexico City.

Prevailing winds carried the material southeast, away from Mexico City.

The center said ash falls had been reported Wednesday in the city of Puebla, which is capital of the state of the same name.

The 17,886-foot volcano periodically emits ash, vapor and sometimes glowing rock.

You see? It's curious. Ted did figure it out - time travel. And when we get back, we gonna tell everyone. How it's possible, how it's done, what the dangers are. But then why fifty years in the future when the spacecraft encounters a black hole does the computer call it an 'unknown entry event'? Why don't they know? If they don't know, that means we never told anyone. And if we never told anyone it means we never made it back. Hence we die down here. Just as a matter of deductive logic.
