Renuncia Lomelí a SSP;entra general Arturo Gutiérrez García al relevo

El secretario de Seguridad Pública del Estado, comisario Rafael Lomelí Martínez, presentó su renuncia al cargo por motivos personales, agradeciendo al gobernador Egidio Torre Cantú la oportunidad y la confianza que le otorgó para ocupar esa posición.

El general brigadier Arturo Gutiérrez García será designado por el mandatario estatal como nuevo secretario de Seguridad Pública del Estado, a partir del lunes 17 de marzo del presente año.

Lomelí Martínez llegó a la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública el 17 de abril del 2011 y con todo el apoyo del Gobernador procedió a depurar la dependencia mediante controles de confianza y certificación a todos los elementos.

Egidio Torre Cantú impulsó la creación de la nueva policía de Tamaulipas, tarea encargada a Lomelí Martínez, quien con elementos debidamente certificados integró la Policía Estatal Acreditable, con la cual se ha reforzado la seguridad.

Por lo que respecta al general Gutiérrez García, tiene una vasta experiencia en la materia, ya que fue jefe del Estado Mayor de la Cuarta Región Militar en Monterrey, Nuevo León, durante los años 2012 y 2013.


Egresado del Heroico Colegio Militar, ha formado parte de las guardias presidenciales y de seguridad de la Presidencia de la República, entre otras asignaciones.

But then why fifty years in the future when the spacecraft encounters a black hole does the computer call it an 'unknown entry event'? Why don't they know? If they don't know, that means we never told anyone. And if we never told anyone it means we never made it back. Hence we die down here. Just as a matter of deductive logic.
