The fourth suspected shooter has been 'neutralized,' according to local media sources, with some claiming he shot himself, others saying he was taken down.
Ealier, the police was negotiating with the suspect who was hiding in the El Centro College garage.
Local news reported one loud blast in the garage, probably a flash bang grenade used by police in the attempt to take down the suspect, but it is yet unclear.
